Red Key European Services specialises in sourcing and supplying bespoke premiums and incentives from all over the world. The majority of items to be supplied in bulk are produced in China.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ’s) will vary from product to product. In some cases the MOQ may be only a few hundred, in others it may be thousands, it depends on the product.
For every enquiry we check whether it is feasible to produce in China or not. We also have to bear in mind that lead times are important for goods manufactured in China. Standard production times are normally 30-40 days and transit time by sea to Europe is 20-35 days, depending on the port of origin. But again these are just general guide lines. Sometimes goods can be flown in. For every enquiry we will plan for the best possible lead times!
There has been some publicity recently regarding quality issues with China made goods. This is something we are aware of and have always taken strict measures to police. Through our offices in Hong Kong we can arrange factory visits to monitor production and where appropriate we utilise the services of internationally accredited quality control specialists. We also ensure that we always use known, reliable and trustworthy factories.
